If you are thinking about suicide:
Sometimes feelings just get on top of us. We don’t know what’s going on inside our heads, feeling like we are not in control, and even not sure what’s real and what’s not.
Maybe it’s a one off. Or maybe you’ve been feeling like this for a while. Whatever, it’s important to know that you are not alone. And it’s okay not to feel okay. You’re not the only person who’s not feeling too good.
One in four of us will experience a problem with our mental well-being and up to 30% of young people have suicidal or dark thoughts.
Don’t keep thoughts and feelings to yourself where they can brood.
